Varieties: Tempranillo 100%
Elaboration: It is elaborated into 225 litres french oak barrels at low temperatures during 14 days with 3-4 daily bâttonage.
Ageing: in different french oak barrels looking for aromatic complexity until the end of the malolactic fermentation.
Tasting: High intensity wine with violet and blue reflects. Very powerfull on the nose in order to see the Rioja Alavesa wine essence, especially a lot of red fruit and liquorice aromas. The ageing in barrel only appears enhancing those two nuances. On the palate is powerfull, young, fresh and very fruity.
Pairing: It is an ideal wine to accompany soups, vegetables, grilled meats and stews.
Temperature: 16- 18ºC.
