Varieties: Tempranillo 100/%.
Elaboration: with whole-grape carbonic maceration.
Tasting: Cherry-red colour with purple tones due to the winemaking process. A very bright and glossy wine. On the nose, it is a clean wine where fruit and floral aromas stand out. The carbonic maceration and the variety’s own aroma are also present, giving the wine personality. On the palate, it is a balanced, structured and strong wine. It has a long and balanced finish, full of primary aromas where liquorish notes also appear. Very clean in all the tasting stages.
Pairing: Recommended with vegetable stews, traditional Rioja-style potatoes, fish and wood-fire roasts.
Temperature: 12 – 14ºC.
“ This is a traditional wine from Rioja Alavesa. I am looking for producing a very fruity and kind wine mantaining that connection whith the past and tradition”.
