Varieties: 40% White Tempranillo – 60% Viura

Elaboration: The grape juice is fermented at low temperatures into stainless steel tanks during around 19 days.

Tasting: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, very bright. On the nose, varietal aromas and fruity intensity. Floral nuances with citric notes. Tropical fruit aromas stand out: banana, pineapple and melon. On the palate, it is well-structured and gentle. Pleasant and well-balanced acidity that gives it freshness. Very tasty wine.

Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif and perfect pairing with salads, seafood, rices, fishes…

Temperature: 10-12 ºC.
