Varieties: Tempranillo 100/%.

Elaboration: De-stemmed grapes.

Ageing: 14 months in blended American and French oak barrels.

Tasting: A medium-dark rim wine with a tinge of brick. Hints of clean wood aromas stand out on the nose due to the barrels aged no more than 5 years old. Compote notes with small red fruit, a spicy touch and some mineral aromas. On the mouth, it is a tasty wine with integrated and mature tannin. It is a very well-balanced wine. Very clean retroolfaction, with notable touches of roasted coffee and spices. Elegant finish with a long aftertaste.

Pairing: Game, red and roeasted meats, vegetable dishes and legume.

Temperature: 14- 16ºC.

“ I use the vineyards with less than 20 years old which get a more structured wine”
